1. Brand Registration & Operating Law
This Website is owned and operated by WatchShop.ng. All operations, transactions, and disputes arising from the use of this website are governed strictly by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
2. Product Authenticity & Representation
100% Authenticity Guarantee: WatchShop.ng guarantees that every timepiece sold through our platform is 100% authentic, brand new, and sourced from official distributors or direct brand manufacturers.
Packaging & Documentation: All watches are delivered in their original manufacturer’s presentation box, accompanied by original hangtags, protective films, instructional manuals, and official warranty documentation where applicable.
Visual Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, finishes, and dimensions of our watches as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee absolute display or pixel accuracy on different screens.
3. Pricing, Naira (NGN) Transactions & Stock
Currency: All prices listed on WatchShop.ng are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of relevant local taxes unless stated otherwise.
Price Modifications: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, import duty adjustments, or market conditions.
Errors & Omissions: In the rare event that a timepiece is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, WatchShop.ng reserves the absolute right to cancel any orders placed for that item, fully refunding the customer immediately.
4. Secure Payment Gateways & Safety
Payment Channels: We accept secure integrated card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), secure bank transfers, and accredited digital payment gateways.
No Cash-on-Delivery: To maintain the absolute security of our delivery agents and high-value timepieces, we do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) for luxury watch transactions.
Fraud Verification: We reserve the right to hold and verify transactions that flag high risk, requesting identification verification before shipping high-value items.
5. Nationwide Shipping & Delivery
Service Area: We provide secure door-to-door delivery across all 36 states of Nigeria.
Transit Insurance: All high-value watches shipped outside Lagos are covered by comprehensive transit security protocols.
Delivery Timeframes: Metro Lagos deliveries arrive in 24-48 Hours. Nationwide orders arrive at major state capitals in 3-5 Business Days.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All brand names, brand logos, model trademarks (e.g., Rolex, Seiko, Timex, Tissot, etc.), and product designs displayed on this website are the sole property of their respective trademark owners. WatchShop.ng references these brands solely to describe the authentic watches we retail.
